Doing via-ferrata around Montpellier is awesome. Via-ferrata consist to walk and climb (very easy, for everybody !) on a cliff. Cables, bars and laddlers are in place to help you to progress. This is the main difference with pure climbing sport.

The itinerary of the via-ferrata of the Thaurac is unique. The via-ferrata goes trough several caves, follows many ledges, take a zip-line and end by a amazing swing jump ! During the via-ferrata, you will discover the Thaurac: this is a very famous place for climbers, speleologist and highliner. You will also appreciate the landscape and the view on the Herault gorge !

The via-ferrata of Agones is located on the right bank of the river. The itinerary is mostly in the shade in the afternoon (East face). This via-ferrata is shorter, less busy and more vertical !
